Worth having to hand
The address, or at least which side of the bay and which town.
Roughly when the house was built, and whether the roof has been done since. If you bought the house and do not know, say that. It is a common answer.
What is actually happening. A stain that has appeared, shingles in the yard after a specific storm, a shop roof dripping at every screw, or simply that the roof looks tired and you want a figure.
